This is great! Hopefully this is a sign of new gear releases coming. 😉

Yes, and it seems like they changed the tilt locking handle.
I wonder if a new 600 is on it’s way?

Placed an order for this on Adorama with 2 day shipping hoping to check it out by Friday, only to receive an email saying it’s backordered. I’m guessing they didn’t really have these in stock and available yet at all.

Interesting … I just checked with my light meter “how much” light would be 4100 lux (i’m more into flash than led light) … I got that 4100 lux, at 1/80, iso 500 , gives you f10 … so with a soft box would be around 5,6 … what I think is more than decent !

Any information available on whether or not the fans on this new range are quieter than the old SL-60W lights ? I’m just worried these are the same lights but with a battery pack fitted rather than a/c power. The previous COB LED lights from godox had a reputation for being too noisy for most video work.

Yes! I would also really love to know about the fan noise on these. Also if the color consistency has improved from their older model single COB LED’s. I heard Aputure really had them beat in color consistency. Also, any rattlings when they’ll have new versions like this one of their higher powered cob units?
