I guess this was not as popular as Profoto made it out to be…. LOL, many have chosen the Godox 600 route which is less expensive…..

    Warning long rant:
If anyone has a good relationship with Profoto, hook me up. Profoto has completely bent me over and screwed me. I need to know what I should do about it. Purchased a $600 TTL-S trigger for my B1 for HSS in mid day or out door harsh light conditions. They took my trigger for testing for 6 months last year, determined eventually it was defective, sent me a new one. New one worked great on my A7RII for a few months, then winter came. Bought new A7RIII and well! It didn’t work, at all, error messages saying device was not compatible. All software was updated, firmware, settings in camera were correct. Tried to use my A7RII instead and wait, it didn’t work any more on that camera. Tweeted about my $600 paper weight and suddenly they want to try again, ask me to send them my A7RIII too. NO. I can’t risk not having my camera for any length of time. {Sold my A7RII}. I send the trigger to Calgary, they “test” it with a few cameras and say it works perfectly. Oh, I guess it just doesn’t work for me?? So now I have a $4000 light system I can’t use the way I intended it. I would try to sell it, but if it doesn’t work for me, how the can I sell it with a clean conscience? I feel cornered and shit on by this company. No customer service. Its a $600 product that doesn’t work the way it is intended.
